Hello! In my last issue, I introduced you to the Drone Research Group that we have established at our university. In this issue, I would like to tell you about the activities we have conducted so far and our plans for the future.
First of all, I would like to talk about the activities we have conducted so far. Although we are a newly launched circle, we have already had in-depth discussions among our members. We are planning to hold a meeting of the executive committee in the near future, and we hope to finalize quite a few details at that meeting.
Although it is still a long way off, we would like to eventually conduct more advanced flight training with the goal of improving our drone flying techniques. I would also like to learn more about camera settings and video editing techniques necessary for drone photography.
Furthermore, I would like to challenge myself in research using drones. For example, I would like to explore how drones can be used for building inspections and to assess the situation during disasters. We would also like to engage in research related to drone flight control technology and sensing technology.
And through these activities, we plan to participate in events both inside and outside the university. For example, by participating in drone competitions and drone-related exhibitions, we hope to interact with other drone enthusiasts and hone our skills.
Finally, we have a message for those who are thinking about participating. We welcome anyone who is interested in drones, in video editing and sensing technology, or in researching drones. Let's have fun learning and growing together.
